Ordering

Obtaining a quote and the ordering process

The online quote tool provides a fixed, online price for a domestic air-conditioning installation based on the information provided by the Customer. Customers will be presented with suitable air-conditioning units and may choose a package that includes installation by certified engineers.

Once a Customer proceeds to booking, an installation date must be selected. Payment is required in full before the installation, either via debit/credit card, Klarna, or an approved finance agreement. After order placement, confirmation will be issued by email or telephone.

Saved quotations and prices are valid for seven days. If inaccurate information is discovered at the time of installation, the job may be halted and re-quoted. If the Customer accepts the revised quote, a new installation date will be arranged. If declined, a full refund will be issued.

Heatable reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice.

Selecting an appropriate product

Recommendations for air-conditioning systems are based on Customer answers. It remains the Customer's responsibility to ensure suitability regarding dimensions, cooling capacity, and power. All technical details are provided during checkout.

Self-survey photographs

Customers must upload or email photographs of the installation site, including internal and external areas, at least 24 hours prior to installation. These are used to verify site suitability and plan the install. Failure to submit photographs may delay or cancel your installation.

General terms

An order placed through the online checkout or telephone constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Customers must be 18 years or older.

Communication with customers

We will contact you via phone, email, or text to confirm orders, request images, provide reminders, and follow-up. Your contact and address information may be shared with installation engineers and suppliers strictly for installation purposes.

Respect towards Heatable employees
